Osun State Police Command on Saturday said it has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a commercial motorcyclist in Ilesa.

A statement from the command’s spokesman, Yemisi Opalola, said the deceased was found dead in an unfinished building around Bolorunduro, Ilesa.

Opalola had said the building’s owner had reported to police that a man was seen at the point of death in his house under construction.

“Taiwo Asa of the Bolorunduro area of ​​Ilesa had reported finding an unidentified young man at the point of death in his unfinished home.

“At the scene, police met the man who was dead and his corpse was deposited for autopsy in the morgue at Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa.

“Meanwhile, an Okada Association ID card named -Toyin Oluwaseun was found in the victim’s pocket. The victim was about 22 years old. However, an investigation is underway to locate and arrest the perpetrators,” said Opalola.
