All members of the Delta State chapter of the Progressive Congress have rallied behind the Tinubu/Shettima presidential ticket, saying that the ticket for Muslims and Muslims will not derail the state and the South-South people into joining the party. to vote.

The party’s immediate former state chairman, Jones Erue, who stated this Friday, said APC in the state strongly supported a resounding election victory in 2023.

He said: “Delta APC is working diligently with relevant stakeholders across the country to deliver the Tinubu/Shettima presidential ticket.

“The truth must be said that Delta State APC is deeply committed to delivering the Tinubu/Shettima ticket in the state in the next presidential election.

“The party is currently mobilizing not only members, but Deltans in general to vote en masse for the presidential candidate of our great party.

“I firmly believe that the Tinubu/Shettima is a ticket capable of taking the country to the next level of economic growth that is sorely needed now.

“It is urgent for us to expose the minds of our people in the Niger Delta that the Tinubu/Shettima ticket is a jihadist agenda against the existential survival of Christians in Nigeria, particularly in the South-South.”

Erie, who is the National Coordinator of Progressive Christians for Tinubu-Shettima and Coordinator of the Christian Ministers of the Niger Delta, further assured that no amount of blackmail or innuendo spread over the Muslim-Muslim ticket could leave the people of the state derail and vote the South-South for the Tinubu/Shettima.

He said the cause of the rise of the Tinubu/Shettima ticket was competence and service, not religious pontifications.
