People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate lawyer Peter Mbah has pledged to implement E-Governance if he is elected governor of Enugu state in 2023.
The PDP candidate stated this in an interactive session with critical stakeholders about his vision of Enugu state and noted that his government will deploy E-governance.
In his words “we will strengthen our institutions, invest in capacity building in our public sector; ensure transparency and accountability in governance”
“We will rely heavily on E-Governance to bring government to citizens; whether it’s E-Governance for citizens, E-Governance for businesses, E-Governance for employees or E-Governance for government (G2G). We’re going to make sure we take all service levels to the next level across the board.”
Barrister Peter Mbah further added that he will publish what he called “Performance contract with Ndi Enugu, known as citizen charter, where he will explain all policies and financial management system; fiscal policy and how he would manage the resources of the state” , he finished.
Meanwhile, the PDP candidate noted that he would soon unveil his manifesto and all the programs he hopes to implement if elected as governor, adding that it would include his agricultural program, education and infrastructure.
